Employee Bio of Vince Steward

He sat down with me to talk about the Bay Area’s Best Mechanical Contractor, Peterson Mechanical.

Good afternoon Vince, what was your first impression of Peterson Mechanical?  I really liked Les Peterson, Jeff Burroughs and Dave Kimble.  They were very professional and the shop had nice equipment.

What would you tell someone who is thinking about contracting with us? Do it!  Contract with us; we will not let you down.  We will get the job done and we will do it right!

Why do you endorse supporting Peterson Mechanical? We have a top notch crew and the best foremen that I have ever worked with having 32 years in the trade.

What would someone be surprised to know about you? I raise all my own livestock on my small  three acre farm in Santa Rosa for food.  I raise turkeys, goats, chickens, and pigs.

What do you do when you aren’t working; how do you spend your time? I love to stand-up paddle board.  I have two muscle cars, a 1969 Skylark and a 1949 Chevy total restoration.  I like to vacation in Hawaii.

The interest in our design and build services seems to be growing.  Why do you think that is? We have a an excellent mechanical engineer, Mike Titchenal, and a great engineering department. Clients want more cost value on their construction projects.

What else can you tell me about Peterson Mechanical?Peterson Mechanical is one of the best sheet metal and mechanical contractors that I have worked with during my career.

What do think will change about mechanical contracting over the next five years?   It won’t have me, I am going to retire!

When that time comes we will be at a loss sir.  Thanks for being a part of the Peterson Team Vince!
